Hold the circle · Drag to aim · Release in blue

Practice settings

Normal offers balanced forgiveness. Easy widens pitch timing zones and bat contact forgiveness; Hard narrows both. AI skill also changes. Changing difficulty starts a fresh round.

Choose a pitch, then hold the circle to start the meter. Drag that same finger to aim the blue target while the line moves. Release in blue. The result stays visible for one second, then pitch selection returns automatically. The line moves slowly at first and speeds up after halfway; aim for blue near the top.

The blue target circle shows the full possible error of a perfect release. Higher pitch control makes it smaller; tired pitchers lose control. Most perfect releases land close to the center. Green releases can drift beyond the circle; gray releases can miss widely. The curved guide shows the selected pitch’s route into your target. Strike or ball depends on where the ball crosses.

Keyboard: arrows aim. Hold and release Space to pitch. Enter activates buttons. Menu or interrupted touches cancel a held pitch.

Original pixel art and authored gameplay tuning; no measured MLB ratings. The AI takes, swings, misses and hits based on pitch location and imperfect timing/placement. Fielders handle balls in play. Runners advance automatically and defenders throw to bases. Four balls walk the batter; three strikes are an out. Three outs end the inning, and the next pitch starts a fresh inning. Each mode practices one side of the game.
